Five Minute Fold
“I devised this simple score to use as a daily practice for myself to stretch and explore my body, especially during a time when movement hasn’t been a personal priority. The time limit helps me to feel like I can commit to this practice daily, I can certainly find 5 minutes in my day to fold.” — Maddy
[ FIVE MINUTE FOLD ]

FOLD until the timer goes off
If you don’t want to stop when the timer goes off, keep going for as long as you’d like
